FlowOps
FlowOps is software for car rental companies that run their bookings on WhatsApp. It reads the company's own WhatsApp conversations and turns them into a clear record of bookings, deposits, reminders and money owed, so the person at the desk can see the state of the business without scrolling back through chat threads.
Sign in with Google is used only to confirm who you are and create your account. FlowOps does not read your Gmail, Drive or Calendar.
How it works

A customer messages
The same WhatsApp number the business already uses. Nothing changes for the customer, and nothing new to install.

FlowOps reads it
It picks out the car, the dates, the price agreed and the promises made, and puts them on a booking sheet instead of leaving them buried in the chat.

You decide
FlowOps never replies on its own and never books a car by itself. It puts the facts in front of the person running the desk, and that person makes the call.

- Who it's for
- Small car rental companies, starting in Dubai. The kind with a handful of cars, one phone, and no software holding it together.
- What signing in with Google does
- It confirms who you are, nothing else. FlowOps asks for your name and email address to create your account. It does not read your Gmail, your Drive or your Calendar.
- Who can see the business data
- Only the people at that company who have been invited to the account. Customer conversations are never shown to another business and are never sold.
- Where it is
- FlowOps is in active development and used daily inside one rental company while it is being built. It is not yet open for general signup.
