These terms are the agreement between you and FlowOps. By creating an account, connecting a WhatsApp number, or paying for FlowOps, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use FlowOps.
1. Who we are
FlowOps is operated by its founder, Waqar, as a sole proprietor trading as "FlowOps" ("FlowOps", "we", "us"). FlowOps is not currently incorporated as a limited company. You can reach us at flowopssupport@gmail.com.
2. What FlowOps does
FlowOps reads the WhatsApp messages of the business you operate and turns them into bookings, reminders, and money-owed records inside your FlowOps workspace.
FlowOps suggests. It does not decide. Every message sent to a customer, every booking confirmed, every price agreed, and every payment recorded is an action taken by a human operator in your business. We do not send messages to your customers on our own initiative, and we do not make commercial decisions for you.
You are responsible for what your business does with what FlowOps shows you.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you register.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately at the support address above if you believe someone else has access.
You may add users up to the limit in your plan. Each user must be a real person. Shared or generic logins are not permitted.
4. Your WhatsApp connection
FlowOps connects to a WhatsApp account that you own and control. It does not provide you with WhatsApp, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with WhatsApp, Meta Platforms, or any of their companies.
You are responsible for making sure your use of WhatsApp complies with WhatsApp's own terms and policies. In particular:
- Do not use FlowOps to send unsolicited, bulk, or cold marketing messages.
- Do not use FlowOps to message people who have not contacted your business first.
- Do not use FlowOps to add people to groups without their consent.
- Do not use FlowOps to promote anything WhatsApp prohibits.
WhatsApp may restrict, suspend, or permanently ban any number at its own discretion, for reasons inside or outside your control. We cannot prevent this and we are not responsible if it happens. If your number is banned, your FlowOps subscription continues and remains payable; we will help you reconnect a replacement number where we can.
If you use FlowOps in a way that breaches this section, we may suspend your account immediately and without refund.
5. Your data
You own your data. The messages, customer records, bookings, and files in your workspace belong to your business, not to us.
We store and process that data only to run the service for you, keep it secure, and fix problems. We do not sell it. We do not share it with other customers.
We may use anonymised, aggregated information — patterns with all names, numbers, and identifying details removed — to improve how FlowOps works. We will never use your customer lists or message content to build a product for a competitor.
How we handle personal data in detail is set out in our Privacy Policy at https://getflowops.app/privacy.html.
If you cancel, you can export your data for 30 days afterwards. After that we may delete it permanently.
6. Paying for FlowOps
Prices, plan limits, and the setup fee are set out in the order form or quote you agreed with us. Unless that document says otherwise:
- Setup fee is charged once, up front, and is non-refundable once setup work has started.
- Subscription is charged monthly in advance.
- Prices are exclusive of any taxes, duties, or bank charges, which are yours to pay.
If a payment fails, we will tell you. If it is still unpaid 14 days later, we may suspend your workspace. Your data is kept for a further 30 days before deletion.
We may change prices with 30 days' written notice. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.
7. Free trial
New customers get a two-week free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. You may cancel at any point during it and owe nothing. If you do not cancel, the paid subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial. One trial per business.
8. Cancelling
You may cancel at any time by writing to the support address above. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. We do not refund part-months.
We may cancel your account with 30 days' notice for any reason, or immediately if you breach these terms — in particular section 4 or section 11. If we cancel you without cause, we refund the unused part of the month.
9. Service, uptime, and support
We work to keep FlowOps available and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. FlowOps depends on services we do not control — WhatsApp, internet providers, hosting and database providers — and any of them can fail.
We do not offer a guaranteed response time or uptime guarantee unless we have agreed one with you in writing.
We may change, add, or remove features. If we remove something you depend on, we will tell you before we do it.
10. What we are not responsible for
FlowOps is a tool. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires and does not allow us to exclude.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for:
- Lost business, lost profit, lost bookings, or lost customers;
- Any WhatsApp restriction, suspension, or ban on your number;
- Mistakes made by your staff acting on information FlowOps displayed;
- Loss or corruption of data caused by a third-party service we rely on;
- Anything indirect or consequential.
Where we are liable, our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Acceptable use
Do not use FlowOps to:
- Break any law that applies to you;
- Send spam, scams, or misleading content;
- Harass, threaten, or defraud anyone;
- Reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or rent out the service;
- Probe, scan, or attack our systems, or attempt to reach data belonging to another customer;
- Load the service with automated traffic beyond normal business use.
12. Our property
The FlowOps software, name, logo, and design belong to us. Using the service does not transfer any of it to you. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use FlowOps while your subscription is active, and nothing more.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely and without owing you anything.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give 30 days' notice by email or inside the app. Continuing to use FlowOps after that means you accept the change. If you do not accept it, cancel before it takes effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before going to court, both sides agree to try to settle the matter directly, in writing, for at least 30 days.
15. The rest
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer this agreement to anyone else without our written consent. We may transfer it if our business is sold or reorganised.
These terms, plus your order form and the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us and replace anything said before.
